In recognition of our achievements and continued commitment to Cisco technologies, we’re delighted to announce that we have been awarded with a new partner accreditation – Cisco’s first Professional Services Subcontractor for Turkey and the GCC region.
What does this mean for us?
While our offering already includes an extensive IT professional services portfolio, this new and unique accreditation further empowers us to support more businesses with their connectivity and observability initiatives.
Through Cisco, we are now engaged as the go-to professional services provider for Turkey and the GCC, including Kuwait where we will be operating as the dedicated in-country representative. This spans all professional services including installation, training, consultancy and case management.
It’s a fantastic opportunity for us to bring our knowledge and experience to more customers beyond those we serve today, and also creates a need to grow our team to ensure we maintain the high levels of service and experience that we are renowned for.
We’ve already expanded with additional operational, sales and technical resources in Qatar and Kuwait, as well as the wider GCC region, and are looking to continue growing our capabilities to provide services to even more customers.
What does it mean for our customers?
While this is an exciting announcement for our business, for our existing customers it’s still very much business as usual. We’ll continue to deliver professional and managed services in the same way as we have always done, across Cisco products and services and others areas of your IT estate.
For new customers, especially those looking to engage Cisco or Splunk directly, we will be introduced as the nominated partner for 3rd party professional services delivery, with an experienced team ready to deliver 24×7 capability across the entire Cisco technology stack, as well non-Cisco services from our extensive technical portfolio.

Although we’re now recognised as an accredited Professional Services Subcontractor, our expertise extends beyond one-time project engagements. Our team can deliver an array of dedicated and cost-effective managed services, taking ownership of the administration and support across key parts of your IT estate to alleviate the burden on your own team.
